Refund & Refill Policy

Important: we do not offer refunds. We only offer refill support for 30 days.

Key rule: No refunds on any service. Only refill is possible — and only within 30 days.

1. No refund policy

Once an order is placed and payment is taken from your wallet, refund is not possible.

We provide digital delivery services. Because of the nature of these services, money cannot be returned. Please buy only if you accept this policy.

  • No cash refund
  • No wallet refund for completed / in-progress service orders (except rare system failures handled by our team)
  • No partial refund for drops after delivery

2. 30-day refill guarantee (all services)

All paid services on onlinefollower.com include a 30-day refill guarantee.

  • If quantity drops within 30 days after delivery, you can request a refill.
  • After 30 days, if drops happen, we are not responsible.
  • You buy services at your own risk. We only provide the service and the 30-day refill window.

3. What refill covers

Refill means we attempt to restore the dropped quantity for the same order, within the original package scope, during the 30-day window.

Refill does not mean:

  • A new free order
  • Extra bonus quantity beyond the original order
  • Compensation in wallet balance
  • Support for drops after 30 days

4. How to request a refill

  1. Go to Get Support.
  2. Create a new support ticket.
  3. Write that you need a refill.
  4. Add your order number clearly.
  5. Optionally attach a screenshot of the drop.

Without a valid order number, we may not be able to process the refill.

5. Refill processing time

After your ticket is received, refill is usually completed within 3–7 business days.

Busy periods, platform restrictions, or incorrect order details can take longer. Please keep your account/link public and unchanged while the refill is processed.

6. Cases where refill may be refused

  • Request made after the 30-day refill period
  • Wrong order number / wrong account link
  • Private account, deleted post, or changed username/link
  • Drops caused by your own account actions (mass blocking, clearing activity, etc.)
  • Free services (if offered) — free packages follow separate limits and are not covered by paid refill terms unless stated

7. Your responsibility

By purchasing, you agree that:

  • You understand there is no refund.
  • Only 30 days refill is available.
  • After 30 days, drops are your own risk.
  • We are a service provider, not a guarantor of permanent lifelong retention.
